Ten months ago I called the 1-800 number posted on the television commercial for Girls Gone Wild.

I agreed be charged $9.95 for 2 VHS videos and to told to expect the videos in the mail within 4 weeks.

I finally received the videos, and within 3 weeks I moved out of the residence where the videos where sent (college dorm). During the next few months I was traveling from place to place and was not receiving mail on a regular basis.

I later found out that the GGW company had been billing me $24.60 a month. Unfortunately, the total charges from GGW video company reached a total of $245.00.

I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company because I never agreed to the monthly subscription of $24.60.In fact, I was never even offered such a plan by a representative.

My credit card. company (MASTERCARD) has a three month report policy which means that any fraudulent activity must be reported within 3 months.

As a result, MasterCard will only cover the last three charges of $ 24.60. This means the GGW videos ripped me off for $ 171.20.
Please help me recover the $171.20 that the GGW Video Company has stolen from me .
