I am writing this for my boss for whom I am dealing with the cancellation of his account with GGW/MRA Video, etc..etc.. I have found this company to be difficult to contact, very fraudulent, and very disreputable. If anyone sees this before they order from them... DON'T!!!! Check out the Better Busniess Bureau on them at www.labbb.org they had several other names which of course received complaints galore.... don't do it... save yourself the headache!

Their e-mail is auto responder only... you can get no reply from a live computer or customer service tech when you do e-mail... and at best you can be sure that you will run your phone bill up trying to contact them at their non toll free number!

Copy machine lease gone bad!

#2Consumer Comment

Wed, November 12, 2003

We have signed a lease for a copy machine and are having terrible problems. Since day one, we have had 4 copy machines in which none worked. To this date, we have a loaner machine from this company named Digital Solutions. They are in Addison, Texas. We have tried calling to get help and none of our phone calls are returned. The owner of the copmpany has personally visited our office and promised to make everything work. Since that visit, Mr. David Riviera has yet to call us back or visit us again. We have not made our fist lease payment, nor are we going to. We have tried many times to call Digital Solutions to please pick their machine up from our office, but still no response or returned phone calls. Digital Solutions is also doing this same thing to a company in Rockwall, Texas. What do we need to do next? They are a registered company with the BBB, so you should have their information on file. Please help us with this matter.

Sincerely,

Respond to this Report!
