FuelRewards Failed to extend fuel savings rewards Dallas Texas
Consumer Beware! I shopped with partipating merchants; however rewards were not consistently credited to my account. When i realized this and contacted FR for assistance, I was informed they won‘t issue the ”rewards” I’ve earned unless I send them copies of ORIGINAL merchant receipts; not credit card statements, but original receipts. What??
So let me get this right, FR issued “rewards” on some of my transactions based only upon the use of my FR card and linked credit cards, but on other transactions conducted in exactly the same way using the same merchants, this company failed to give “reward” credit and then had the audacity to inform me that i must produce original receipts.
Goodbye FR and Shell gas stations. Too many other merchants who value their commitments to their customers for me to be dealing with such foolishness.
