Complaint Review: Fraternal Order Of Eagles Aerie 442 Santa Barbara

Bar Tenders were rude and overcharged us for drinks. I tried to complain to the management and nobody seems to know anything. They tell you to come to the lodge and file a written complaint that never gets read and go's no where. The establishment is controlled by trustees and the Bar Manager Robert Garcia, who is in charge but responsible and accountable for nothing. Very rude and unappreciative. Don't waste your money here. Take your business to a place that is polite and appreciates it. These people have no consideration or respect for their paying customers. Stay clear of the entire organization till they learn to treat people with respect and dignity.
