In May 2001, my wife and I purchased a Brand New Ford F150, 4X4 Supercrew Pick Up Truck from Bartow Ford.

In November, the day after Thanksgiving, we received a check for $100.00 in the mail from Ford Motor Company.

The letter that accompanied the check, indicated that Ford, installed the wrong radiator in our New truck.
Obviously it wasn't just our truck; Ford titled the matter,
"F-150 RADIATOR PROGRAM".

The Brochure indicated we had a choice to either cash the check, and absolve Ford of any further or future claims we might have against them, accept a $500.00 Loyalty Certificate for future Ford Vehicle Purchases, or install the Heavy Duty Towing Radiator we contracted and paid for when we purchased the truck. Oh, and we had 60 days to decide whether or not we should cash the check. "Happy Holidays".

I don't really beleive Ford could have done this in error.
Please, as a consumer advocate, I beg of you to respond
