First Texas Homes "Trails Of Marin Creek" ripoff Requireing money for Home Owners Association that does not exist. Fort Worth Texas
To Whom It May Concern:
Our community common area is the main entrance to the community. At this time there exists no home owners association for the Trails of Marine Creek Community.
The vacant lots are not maintained and property that is located in either the green belt. Open fields or so called park have trash dangerous iron post etc. and in some cases there are weeds taller than the fence. Our property unfortunately has all of these issues, and this makes the community look unappealing to potential buyers unlike your other subdivisions.
It has also been brought to my attention that there is no further plans for any further development so called phase two (2) or three (3). DR-Horton has pulled out completely from any further development.
Service request that I have filed with First Texas Homes have yet to be addressed. The paint on our 2 year old home is beginning to peel, our fence needs repair due to the poor quality of wood used and we have noticed cracks in the brickwork that appear to be caused from poor workman ship and/or structural damage. The builder has changed to my knowledge at least 4 times and the numbers that I have for First Texas Homes service request is no longer in service.

A report was written on my Property located at 6688 Cascade Canyon Trail, "Trails of Marine Creek". We have a current home owners association. The park and green-belt area is maintained by the city of Fort Worth. Although they have my correct home phone the other number listed is not correct (fraud). Please review the report placed back in 2007 as incorrect and not viable information.
