I was charged a $35 overlimit fee each month when I was not over my credit limit! When I tried to contact them by phone a representative did take my call and when I explained to her my situtation she put me on hold....for 40 minutes! I was so fustrated that I hung up.

I've called back numerous times just to get a recording saying that the next representative will be with me, yet no live person ever picks up. This company is lousy. Ontop of 20.50% APR, they tack on extra fees just to put more money in their pockets. I plan on closing out my account and looking into filing a class action suit with other consumers who have had the same problem.
