Complaint Review: Financing Alternatives

I responded to an ad on television to purchase a computer. All that I needed was a checking account, and they would send me a computer.

They took $434.00 out of my checking account, to this date I have not received a computer. With many calls to the company I was told a different requirement over the phone than what was sent in the mail as a contract.

Today, they will not talk to me, and they will not refund my money. They are very misleading in their ad and what they require when you talk to them. I have met all the requirements that they required, now they tell me that I have to pay the full amount of $1,735 before they will send me the computer.

I requested that they cancel the contract, they refused and they will not send me my money. Please investigate this rip off and I would like to be included in a class action suit.
