eharmony they stopped their services before my subscription was up

I joined eharmony services in September 2020. They told me my membership ran until 3/11/21. In December 2020 they told me my membership was up. Because of this they made it difficult for me to see profile photos of the women being presented as choices of women available to be contacted.

What was once a clear photo of a particular woman was now blurred. They claimed this was because my subscription was up when, according to them, my subscription did not end until 3/11/2021. I wish to have my subscription turminated and my money refunded which was a subscription fee of $107.40 for a six month term, with $26.85 debuted from my card for four consecutive months.
