I purchased a used 1999 Isuzu Rodeo from this dealership in December, 2014. I paid 800.00 cash with a promise to pay an additional 200.00 in two weeks. A week after purchase, the master cylinder failed, an the transmission began to slip. Before the two period had expired, the transmission failed and I had no brakes. I had the vehicle towed to Aamco Transmission repair on East 15 Street. While I was checking into getting the vehicle repaired, the dealership picked the vehicle, with many items, in it, as I was in the process if moving. A woman at the Car lot said a letter was sent to my house and also presented to the transmission shop. My mail was forwarded, but I never received anything of the sort. If their is any protection under the "Lemon Law" , I would like to know what the guidelines are. Regards, Darryl Williams

It appears you failed to mention that you defaulted on the loan.

There are no used vehicle lemon laws in Oklahoma.

What are the terms of the written warranty?
