Complaint Review: Dreamline Shower Doors

Dreamline Shower Doors Bushings for doors and handles did not fit. Company voided my entire warranty for having bushings made that fit after numerous delays because of faulty product, refused any adjustment or compromise even after written complaint to BBB. Warminster Pennsylvania

Bushings for doors and handles did not fit. Doors and handles could not be tightened, not even close.  Company urges customers to rely on customer service and NOT return product to store.  It promises fast customer service if you call the number supplied, but no one ever answers or calls back. Days go by waiting for an email response. Company said it would send me new bushings, for which I waited three weeks only to receive exactly the same ill-fitting ones over again. 

After two months without my master shower, I'd had enough.  I instructed my installer to purchase new bushings that he wound up having to craft to fit, which cost me extra money.  I asked the company for the honest and accurate credit to me of the $95 extra I spent.  Company's response was not only to refuse any credit back to me (I was ready to accept a compromise figure) and voided my entire warranty for having bushings made that fit.  After I filed a BBB complaint in which I requested only the reinstatement of my warranty as it would apply to the remainder of the product, company again refused any action or compromise.
