Complaint Review: DENNELL MITCHELL OF MITCHELLPARISEDESIGN

June 6,2020 Dennell Mitchell of Mitch Parise Interior was commissioned to do a custom headboard with the understand that I needed this as soon as possible.

 On June 7th I received an invoice which outline the total cost of the headboard and the time duration which would be (21) days total to complete.

 I sent a $275.00 dollar Pay Pal deposit the balance was to be paid on the completion date of June 28, 2020 to date Mr. Mitchell has yet to produce this head board Four months later.

I have asked countless time via text messages, Instagram DM, & email for updates, and ever asking for my money back I was told on August 21, 2020 after countless lack of flow thru attempts on his behalf that I would get refunded the $275.00 in which I have yet to receive that.

Mr. Mitchell’s business ethics and customer service is poor, appalling, and unprofessional I would advise everyone to use caution with doing any kind of business with this person you have been warned!!!!!!!  ******
