Received a call at 8:30p.m. on 3/19/04 re. past due bill. They intend to disconnect service on Monday, 3/22/04.

Payment of $108.00 was made on 2/27/04 and has cleared my bank but was not credited to my account. They refuse to accept bank statement-want copy of check both sides which I cannot get until 3/22/04.

They received my money-will not give me credit and called me after hours from a number which does not take incoming calls.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and yet they refuse to believe me or give me a few extra days to get copy of check.
