We recieved a bill with a past due amount that was never billed originally. We disputed, and were told that it had been taken care of.

hen came the next bill, with the disputed amount, plus another late charge.

Before we could dispute again, they cut off our service.
I cut off their cable... threw it in the alley, still attached to the pole.

I'm very happy with my satellite TV. Better service, more reliable, no ugly-assed cable, Digital sound, plus music. Cox isn't even stereo!

Now I'm finding a charge off from a collection company on my credit report (I disputed). I never heard of or from this collection agency, and still have not recieved any word from Cox as to where they got this amount their collection agency seems to think I owe but Cox reps on the phone say I don't.

When the item comes off my credit report, I update this report.

If I want my credit trashed, I do it myself. I don't need help from other idiots.
