I purchased my house in 2005 and for two years they came out and said they fixed my roof but it kept leaking and they refused to come out anymore so I had people come out and look at the roof. They said the sections were put together incorrect. Also the shower was not put in properly and it leaked in another section of the house the roof leaked and they said they repaired it but mold was growing. And the faucet in the front of the house was not put in properly and it leaked into the bedroom floor causing it to swell and the whole floor needs to be replaced. The carpet bunched up very bad in in several places when it rains the water actually comes up through the flooring into the carpet. There is black mold all through this house
