Consolidated Media Services deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam Smyrna Georgia
I have just been ripped off. I got a call from these people about a week and half ago and they told me I was entered into this drawing for 50,000 dollars. I sayed ok because they sound more legit than most companies. The first guy I talked to gave me the basic run down and said I would get a call from his supervisor later on and to put in a good word for him since he did a nice job. Well, later on I did get that call and this guy gave me more detail on what I will get and the billing. At this time I was ok with it because I could afford it. A couple of days later i got another call from some Arab guy who I barely understood confirmed everything with me. Later on that week I decided to cancel that order due to some things that happened and I needed that money more.
Well, it seemed that I have been already billed for the first payment of $66.65. I called the company today to get a refund and cancel my order, but some stuck up chic said I couldn't because I passed the 10 day period. I told her that the guy said nothing like that and she read some official transcript saying he did. I know what the guy said and as a customer I have the right to cancel something if I choose to. Another thing that I find odd is that you agree to this thng verbally. Are we in the stone age. Everything now of days is supposed to be on writtten paper. As I understood it they were going to send me the agreement for the whole deal, not just some stupid watch. I did not give written consent and I am goinf to call every magazine that they goit me signed up for and canceling the subcription so they will have no choice to give me my money back.
