Compaq - HP Ripoff BUYER BEWARE!! Warranty is WORTHLESS SUPPORT IS BAD Springfield Missouri

I had a problem with the USB port on my brand new notebook. When I called their support they told me I had to send the notebook in to their support center. This process would take 3-5 business days. I explained to Compaq my need to have this computer for work and school EVERY day and cannot spare it for more than one or two days.

They don't even have an upgraded warranty service that offers local service. This is very unprofessional and aggrevating. Most of the people who purchase notebook compters need them every. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he informed me these computers weren't designed for someone to rely on them every day. That says enough to me.

Hewlett Packard and Compaq offer horrible service and don't offer a convenient warranty.
