COLUMBIA HOUSE Video Library ripoff - CANNOT CONTACT OR CANCEL SUBSCTRIPTION Terre Haute Indiana
I ordered the Carol Burnett Series. The operator NEVER MENTIONED that I was joining Columbia House or I never would have. They have been a problem before.
They automatically bill my debit card and I have no option to cancel. I've tried on-line and their bill has no phone number for me to contact.
I want to cancel immediately.
