I was referred to Joseph Richardson (JR), who referred me to Gail Matthews, a representative of Certified Financial Protection Group (CFPG) of Willingboro, NJ.  After each of them reviewed my mortgage contract with Ditech dba GMAC, they misled me to believe that I was the perfect candidate to receive compensation due to the major violations that were committed in my mortgage contract.  Supposedly, I have an interest only mortgage with a fixed rate.  They suggested a forensic mortgage audit to reveal the major violations so that I could use this report in a future court case conducted by CFPG where I would be compensated for the violations.

After completing the necessary contracts and providing all the required documents; including my entire financial history, tax returns, bill, etc. and supplying a check for $3,000, I was contacted by Daniella and Aaron Wayman of CFPG. I was told that a loan modification was free with the forensic mortgage audit.  After a month, and several attempts to contact Aaron Wayman, I received the forensic mortgage audit which was incomplete and inaccurate.  The fact that I had an interest only mortgage, which is a clear violation, (my mortgage document stated I had a fixed rate, but the mortgage statement indicates an adjustable rate) was never addressed in the audit.  It shows this company is a fraud.

I am in the process of demanding a full refund and cutting all ties with Certified Financial Protection Group.  My next step is to contact a lawyer.
