We purchased tires and wheels from carid after an extensive conversation with one of their so called tire specialist. We explained in full detail what we were looking for and place order, 1200.00 dollars later and a longer shipping wait than promised we received merchandise Color was wrong size was wrong wouldn't fit on car and one wheel was damaged.

After endless phone calls to reach a manager and outrageous wait times just to hear we will receive a call back from supervisor (Jason) we were told they would not exchange them that the wheel set would work on our vehicle but they did send spacers for them at no cost so we could put then on our car so if they were so sure they would work why would they send spacers.

The whole process took over a month to even get that far I have never had and experienced with such a unprofessional company let alone one that I have spent that much money for then to not have any concern for their customer satisfaction we did not want a refund we just wanted something that would work so if anyone plans on ordering from carid expect to not get any help or satisfaction if your order is wrong and speaking to anyone that can make things right is absolutely impossible and out if the question. They are the worst company with out a shadow of a doubt.
