I have recently gotten a divorce and my income had dropped. I had asked for a due date change and since my ex-husband had already changed the date they would not change it again. So, now I have to pay late every month.

I was about a month behind when they offered a payment plan. I could pay half each payday. Not only was this a great help I was told I could stay on it as long as I wanted and I would not be charged late charges or have it affect my credit. Well, I eventually found out with each collection call that information was incorrect and everyone had a different answer.

Not only was it affecting my credit, I was assessing late charges, and would only be on the plan for a few months. I wish I could refinance the car through someone else! I hate this company and would not wish anyone to have the problems that I have had!
