Cancelling Credit Check Total !!!! On hold for over an hour to cancel membership ( 1 hour 55 minutes total hold time ) !!!

This company is a rip off, the only way to cancel is call. I am a working professional and to be on hold for over an hour it's not acceptable.  They obviously do this on purpose so that you can't cancel. My credit card was charged twice due to the fact that was not able to speak to someone to cancel...

2 months!!!! for 2 freaking months I have been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my mebership. I am soooooo freaking pissed that I am continuously being charged monthly until i can get a hold of someone. Over 2 hours yesterday and I even wenty online to find a line hold service but that took hours as well. I don't have all day to sit on hold. I am startingto think that no one ever comes on the line like it is a black hole of holds....

It is truly a way to discourage people from canceling. I can not afford this s**t right now. How ironic is it to be a credit beureau for financial matters but it is putting me in a hole financially! 

THERE HAS TO BE ANOTHER WAY!

I've experienced the same horrific treatment from this company. While on hold it says it's Experian. This really sucks!

Credit Check Total otherwise known as (Experian)... I also signed up for a 7 day trial for my credit report with scores. I now try to cancel and I'm on hold for more than an hour. This is obviously done to persuade customers to hang up and be charged for the service since there is no other way to cancel besides sitting on hold all day. This is pretty ridiculous and I will tell everyone that I know not to sign up with this service not even for a trial. This is horrible because they are scamming to get the consumers money and they have constructed no better way than to possibly have as few customer service people as possible to handle the calls pertaining to customers looking to cancel. Buyer beware of this service it's garbage... On hold for more than 1 hour in order to cancel the service and not be charge a monthly fee of 29.95 that I do not want
