Complaint Review: BOVADA sports betting

I won $240.00 fair and square. This Company BOVADA, took my money within seconds from depositing the money and I lost multiple times. After a long loading spree, I finally won on a several low dollar bets and requested a withdrawal in a check. That’s when the problems began. It turns out, this company wrote me a non-negotiable check. My ATM would not take the deposit at Wells Fargo. Then I tried going to my Credit Union and they rejected the check. Called BOVADA and they were very rude and angry, I asked why thy were providing such bad customer service and if they would just ACH the money to my checking account or send me a wire. They said NO, the only way is if you cash that check " THE NO GOOD CHECK” or request a letter from financial institutions stating why they cannot take the check. I went back to Wells thinking, it’s my money and I want it, they took my check and said they would report it. Now, BOVADA is charging me $40.00 to cancel the check and I still have no money. What a SCAM, people don’t use them. They will scam you
