BONOBO PLC LOTTORACE Non-delivery of online prize other other
I won enough online currency through the game to redeem a prize which I claimed a $40 LCBO card over a year ago and despite several attempts to get this resolved the company has made no effort to contact me. I resorted to posting on their Facebook page and now have been banned from posting.
A few months on receiving a prize is expected and acceptable but over a year is ridiculous and to be banned for trying to claim what is mine or to at least get a response is beyond ridiculous.
