bonanza mhp allow a homeless drug addict to live and work in here not only for residents but do park maint Pollock Pines California
There's been a homeless drug addict/dealer living off of ppl in here for 10mos and last 2 sets of mgrs allow it regardless of the complaints of him running around in here all hours of the day and night, dressed in black, wears sunglasses 24/7 claiming to have glaucoma which is total bs.
He's been seen in the pouring rain raking gravel in a driveway in rain gear, always tweaking, moving at warp speed, his constant presence make Bonanza mhp questionable to want to live here, if I were a senior driving thru considering living here and see the likes of him, looking like park employee I would leave and never come back, should we have to live among the drug activity?
I've never seen the police presence as I have the past 1.5yrs, if I wanted to live around drugs I would of stayed in Sac! He has to go and I'm not stopping until he's gone! I have the right to live in peace and not worry about theft, I've had to put a lock on my shed for the first time in 7yrs, install a security door.

I've lived in Bonanza Mhp for 10yrs, the past 4yrs we've seen many changes and different ownership and mgmt, after the Caldor Fire and being evacuated was one of the scariest things I've ever encountered, we had a severe storm from Dec 27th to Jan 6th, lots of damage including downed trees, branches and power outage for 10 days bcuz a power pole snapped, 2 months later there's still downed trees and log rounds in here.
yes we had a tree crew in here, not only did they cause damage from dropping a big limb into a brand new mobilehome they broke a water line twice on a residence space, they took down an awning to drag a tree thru the same residents space, they recently put it back up but it's crooked, we are really close to hwy 50 and we're fearful a passing car could flip a lit cigarette out their window and catch the park on fire, Summer is around the corner and we would like to see a major cleanup removing all debris before we have another fire in our area

Bonanza MHP is a disaster with senior abuse from management and is full of drug activities that management AND owner cares nothing about! If your interested in knowing the truths about this parks current reputation don't trust the newest, less than one year buyers responce.
Olivia and Kevin, druggies with Mikey the permanent homeless meth head allowed to squat amongst seniors while supplying drugs, will twist they're lies to get you in, don't fall for it, first talk to long standing residents who have lived in Bonanza for years and chronically tell its newest owners who, currently incidentally keep raising costs to residents while lowering values of tenants mobile homes by giving residency to a homeless drug dealer on site 24/7!!
If you even think about purchasing a mobile in Bonanza MHP think again, it's not safe and like a desperate car salesman the on-site management and owners will feed you a lot of BS to get you in and once you're locked in you're at their mercy trust in that this is not a pleasant or safe place to reside in and that's the truth!!
