I received in the mail a unsolicited CD by Alicia Keys. Then began to receive notices saying I owed $2.96. After about three of the notices I received a phony looking urgent message that seemed to be mass produced. The urgent message stated I owed $2.96 and a $23.13 purchase agreement. So obviously they try to sucker you in to paying the $2.96 for the unsolicited CD from a popular artist which will initiate the purchase agreement. If they can't sucker you into that then they threaten you with a collection alert! This is the worst business practice I have seen in many years. A pure fraud and scam. Despicable!!!
