I ordered a replacement lamp for my Phillips TV in January and they sent me the wrong lamp. It took several weeks for a response from customer sevice and they told me to try it again. During this time I had to go elsewhere to purchase a correct lamp that worked. I continually asked for a refund and it took several more weeks to get a response. I sent the lamp back asking for a refund of my money and they just sent me another lamp which I did not need or ask for. After several more weeks of emails, and unreturned voice mail messages to their customer service, they told me I was not entitled to a refund even after I send them the UNOPENED lamp they sent me. My initial order was placed on January 20, 2010 and it is now June 24, 2010 and I have a lamp that I do not need that was never opened and I still can not get a refund of my money. This company is a total rip off and has TERRIBLE customer service and return policies! I will NEVER order another thing from this company and I do not recomend anyone else to do so either!!!
