I'd purchased Spyzooka from BluePenguin software Inc. back in September 2009. It went okay at first but I started having increasing difficulty getting in touch with them. There were times I was unable to post tickets because their links did not lead where they said they would. Eventually, on the advice of my computer repair people I deleted Spyzooka.

Unfortunately I forgot to cancel the recurring payment agreement. On September 23, $39.95 was deducted from my account. I've emailed BluePenguin frequently, always saying how I don't want their product--only my money back.

In the last email I received from them [9/29/10] they claimed to have refunded my money. But this is a FLAT OUT LIE! How long are we going to have to put up with lying thieves like this?

BluePenguin has since refunded my money. While telling me [on 9/29/10] that they had refunded my money, they neglected to mention that it might take up to five business days for it to show up on my bank statement. The money was refunded [finally!] on 10/04/10. so I'm withdrawing my complaint against them. They may have a product which is not quite as good as they hype it to be; they may have something to learn about informing ex-customers just when they should expect their refunds [as I had specifically ASKED them to do] but they are not, [at least, to me,] lying thieves.
