blonded.co Frank Ocean's webstore Will Not Correct Wrong Item Sent to Me and Will Not Return Communication

I placed an order for a hoodie with blonded.co.  They sent me the wrong hoodie.  I contacted them and sent photos of the wrong item.  They replied to me twice saying they would take care of it.  Now, it's been almost three weeks and they are ignoring and not responding to any emails.  I have emailed roughly ten times.  The only way to contact them is via email. There is no phone number or address.
