I purchased a cell phone in Oct. 2013 and was asked if I wanted the Best Buy Geek Squad insurance. I said yes, neve was inforumed that the coverage. Only to get rammed with a $150 deductable on the phone to have it serviced. Never once was I told there was such a fee and the manager is completely rude and unprofessional. Best Buy management would rather loss a customer and get a bad report that fix a mess up and make things right. That is just crazy and poor business.
