Bellalike, City of Industry, Orderplus Intl. Sent merchandise not as described, won't send information about how to exchange dress for correct size, or get refund City of Industry California
I ordered a dress following the guideline on the Bellalike size chart, and according to their chart I needed a 3XL, but the dress I got is way too large.
I emailed them asking for directions on how to exchange the dress, and an address to send it to, but they have not responded. I've sent 3 emails, and contacted PayPal and filed a report with them.
I want to exchange the dress I got for a smaller size, and if they can't do that, I want a refund.
The return address on the package only said City of Industry, but that does not mean that is where I should send the return, and this is the information I have asked Bellalike for, but have gotten no reply.
