Bella Vita Nevada Harassment and delayed pay
The owner is a known drug addict and gambler. Payroll is always behind because of him being careless. His company writes checks that bounce, further delaying pay. & nbsp;He allows the GM to sexually harass staff and did absolutely nothing when it was brought to his attention. & nbsp;
He is abusive to staff and recently punched a bartender at the Boca Park location. He sends mobile threats to people that want to expose them. He allowed the GM, to fire people for no reason or if they question why their pay is so late.
They don & #39;t pay vendors and fill premium bottles of alcohol with cheap alcohol. The kitchen is dirty and the hoods are a fire hazard. The health department has done nothing. But Sergio has told us all he has paid them off and they will do nothing. & nbsp;
I would never work or do business with this person or anyone associated with Sergio.
