 A & B Truck and Auto Salvage Lost My Part and Wouldn't Refund the Money Tulsa, Oklahoma

This was the worst experience that I've ever had with a business that only deals in cash sales, and doesn't do cash refunds. I'm sure there is some major tax evasion happening at this business. Their system of knowing where things are is so horrible, that I should've known this would not end well, however, they were the closest auto salvage to my home.

What they didn't know was that I could afford legal recourse. The pure and simple is, that I gave them cash. I have a receipt. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and referring to any other legal recourse for getting my refund. I do not have the product. The sales attendant is incompetent. Their hours are not "official" as when I stopped by twice before to get my item, the doors were locked before 5pm (and they are supposed to stay open until 6pm) and nobody was there to help me. I work longer hours than most, so getting off in time to pick up the item was important too. Yeah, they aren't good at that part of their jobs either. The "attendant" was rude, and unprofessional, and instead of admitting he made a mistake, he blamed it on a pile in the back. He was given plenty of warning that I was coming for the part, and still wouldn't get up and retrieve the part. That's not just the business, but the guy serving customers. You might want to ensure you have the right people doing this job. They don't care if you get your part, they only want money. Do not use this business.

I spent significant amounts of time researching this business and they are screwing people out of money in every sector, even other companies!
