Complaint Review: Autumn Vista Apartments

I have recently moved to Hartley Sweetwater Creek. And when I moved in. My apartment key did not work, I had to get them remade, my mailbox key didn't work, I waited a week to get that, and I have recently put in a maintenance request bc my key doesn't lock or open my storage unit and I'm still waiting for this to be fixed. I have had a time when my washer was leaking water and I called the office and no one showed up to help. I had to go on YouTube to fix myself. Also I submitted a request bc the hvac unit makes a loud rattling sound and noise when starting and turning off. There was alot of mold in the storage. No one has come by to look at any if my requests. This has happened in the last 2 weeks. The office manager will not assist.
