"With TV EARS wireless technology, you set your own headset volume and tone, while other TV listeners hear the television at a volume that's comfortable for them", so the ad says. What it does not say is that a SPECIAL PLUG on the TV is needed for TV Ears to work at all.  That little tidbit wasn't shared by Jeremy, who took my order, either.

If I had known about the "SPECIAL PLUG" being needed I would not have ordered TV Ears to begin with!  Having experianced TV Ears customer service I pledge never to consider any of their products in the future.
