Arwood waste grossly over charged, very very unprofessional Jacksonville Florida
It began with an advertised price of $275 for a 40yd bin. Then per their sales dept the price was actually going to be $495 including 3 tons of weight. They delivered the wrong size of dumpster. Then they were four days late picking up the dumpster after repeated calls to them. Subsequently charging us $295 late fee. After resolving that issue they tried to overcharge us for being over weight. Over the course of a month of trying to resolve this issue, we were told we had several different weights that we were financially responsible for. Could not get a straight answer from them. Finally, we received an email stating that after they reviewed our account our monies due to them were zero!! Then days later, we received another invoice for $461 along with threats of a lien being placed on our home. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
