AOL.COM American Online aol is a major rip-off. Designed so you cannot contact them or get any service Dulles Virginia

AOL has gotten so large that the individual doesn't matter In fact it's own client base cannot contact them for service problems. They have a technical department that you must serch for 30 minutes to find, but then no technicial ever comes on to talk to you. They have no contact information for the clients to take card of problems.

I am very distress that their service has degressed. I cannot connect very often and the service is slow very often as well. I have broadband and still can't stay connected. No need to try to get with aol to fix a problem, there is no way to do that.

It is time that the government stepped in and regulated IP servers. I believe that a group of consumers should form and demand better service from any company allowed to ACT as an IP.

Do what they do. Dispute their charge on your credit card. That always gets a response

If you're not using a credit card then go to f**kAOL.com and read what to do with these creeps. You must be patient and never take no for an answer from these scumbags. There is a phone number on their website (1 800-)call it on their dime and waste their time and money, play the game the way they do.
