Complaint Review: AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY

Ameriquest notified me my insurance had expired and they were force placing insurance on my property (at rhree or four times the normal cost)and billed me about $350 more than my normal payment.I called them to report my insurance had not expired, they told me to have my insurance agent contact them. They sent my normal on time morgage check back to me THREE TIMES, beause it did not include the forced insurance payment, I sent two certified letters to them threating to go to the insurance comish,and adj general, They reversed all forced insurance charges, They are now billing me $333 in late charges because I did not send the extra forced insurance paymen,and that made me late. The person that you talk to will not give you their last name, This is a ripoff company
