american assistance(telephone company) sky sent me a phone for $35.00 for lost phone that's normally $20.00for a used phone that never work properly and won't provide service Internet
hi, they asked for documents that I fax them and got cofirmation and when I talk to them about still not getting service they told me they never got it and what can they tell me,first of all I could hardly understand them because there command of the english language leaves a lot to be desired and because of their lack of desire to help me and rectify the situation I went off! Any way you can help me out in this situation would be appreciation but I'm more interested in letting the public know how in a world where they basically force you to be dependent on internet phones how they treat you and service you when you can't afford a paying service.To try and get services and such back in the us!
