Complaint Review: AllSafe Freeway Storage - Brenda Arreola

We had 2 seperate storage units, and was a repeat customer. Our payments were applied to the wrong acct, when we suggested a problem, she refused to send copies of accts to compare, so we didnt know of problem.

She called 2 hours before a sale she arranged, demanding 400.00 more that the account showed, and was planning to sell a lot that we had just made a payment on.

She didn't notify us of any type of sale pending, follow storage lien laws, she didn't advertise.

She told us to get her the money before 1 hour of the sale by Western Union. We did then she refused the payment. She then said she sold it to someone at the auction for alot less money.

We are filing a complaint with Superior Court of Riverside, but I still do not have my clothes, shoes, family pictures, old pictures of my parents and parents in law, memory books made for both parents, very important papers, I'm sure were just thrown away.

She still refuses to give our personal items back. We don't even have our wedding pictures, marriage license, birth certificates, etc.
