I have not used these services and was charged for 2 months. Received one months credit and cannot get the additional month. Also promised a gift card when I signed up. Never received that either. No one will claim responsibility and claims there is nothing they can do. I cannot stand these tele marketers and feel sorry for people who have to work for these loser companies. They are stealing money every month and unless you look carefully you will lose money too.

I happen to work for the mentioned company. Not to defend them or anything, believe me i'm on your side, but the wording on the recording is not specific. it says you will be accredited the money back on you'r phone bill, correct? well they only refund for 1 month's charges.
And they promised you a $60 phone rebate, but what they dont tell you is that you recieve it in $20 dollar incrament's a month until it adds up.
