Complaint Review: Adult Friend Finder

 I have been a member for almost 12 years then 6 month ago they changed my profile picture and information I got that fixed then about two months ago I couldn't get on and they said my user name and e-mail did not match what was on file (the same e-mail and user name for 12 years) have a credit card on file there today it was used to purchase something and I don't know what and can not get on site to find out
