On the 15th of October 2008 I purchased 3B Software's DTV4PC through the internet and charged it to my credit card. When I tried the program the next day my compute froze and I had to use the backup drive to restore my computer with the configuration recorded two days earlier. The DTV4PC was lost and when I tried to download the second copy it said that the function was not working. I have written the company's support department fifteen (15) times since then but they have not answered me once. I would like to see the program reinstated for my computer as I have paid for it.
