Premier Floors Inferior carpeting rip-off *REBUTTAL ..builders are famous for buying the cheapest
This complaint is about carpeting in our homes bought through Premier floors of Phoenix. I have been in this brand new home since October 20, 1998. I am a winter visitor so have only lived here 9 months.
