MCI worldcom cellular service refuse to update my acct instead denied me service.
MCI never sent me a balance during the year that I had service with them. Several times they sent me letters threatening to disconnect the service if I didnt pay. The three times I sent payment, they lost two of the checks and refuse to update the account when I paid by credit card....
