Joe Romo of Romo JR Construction Took my money & never started the job * UPDATE
Joe Romo of Romo Construction (now called JR construction)took the downpayment of $200 to get building permit and never got the permit and will not return the downpayment. He listed himself as haveing a license to do the job and I don't think he is licensed or bonded.
