The package when you recieve it has NO PAPER WORK AT ALL so you have no way to contact them. They then charge your card that you paid the $4.95 shipping cost $94.97. I got their phone # from my bank when I went to dispute this charge and when I called them they will tell you after 14 days they will start charging you and shipping monthly. No where in the website where it was ordered does it state this either. It is false advertising and fraudulent business practices.They need full disclosure and the attorney general for Arizona has now been contcted in hopes of a class action lawsuit.
