WOODSIDE Homes Inc. Tells You one thing and BUILDS Another!!!!!
Welcome to our hell that has been going on for the last 6 months due to Woodside Homes unethical and illegal practices.
They promised us and 10 other home owners privacy and a desert view BUT instead they built an 8 foot wide concrete public sidewalk in our backyards. We are forced to move to gain our privacy back, this trail is used all day and night by everyone and they get to look through our view fence right into our house.
We will lose money on closing costs, interest points, moving etc...and Woodside Homes does not care! We are prepared to file a class action suit, the Vice President of Woodside Homes, Norm Schrock, ignores ALL calls and has jerked us around for months. Woodside Homes is unethical and has been threatened with several lawsuits in our neighborhood for other misrepresentations. Our complaint is going to Arizona Department of Real Estate and Registrar of Contractors.
The Better Business Bureau has resolved nothing so I turn to you...the Bad Business Bureau , we have documentation, and over 35 witnesses all told these lies by Woodside Homes!!! We want our privacy and sense of security back...
THIS HOME IS neither what we were promised nor what we agreed to PURCHASE!
