WIRTH AUTO LEASING - RIP OFF!
We leased a vehicle from Wirth Leasing in Dallas, TX. At the time of transaction, they accepted a trade-in and gave the vehicle to another so-called company called Auto Solutions, which failed to remove the trade-in from our name. This caused the bank to get involved as no payments were made on the vehicle. After reporting the trade-in vehicle stolen, Auto Solutions returned the vehicle. This has casued a great financial burden since we now have an extra car payment. Wirth now states the trade-in is our problem and they have refused to accept the vehicle as a trade in. In essence, since Wirth got what they wanted, in leasing the vehicle, they now say the trade-in vehicle is our problem. They have refused to assist us in trading in this vehicle. Wirth leasing as further lied about the transaction. Wirth Leasing is a typical swindling car/lease dealer. Once they get what they want from you, they leave you out in the cold. What a RIP OFF!

Wirth Leasing, Inc. has never done business with this man or a company called Auto Solutions. He has no contracts to prove any of his alligations. He does not even leave his name for you to contact and get such proof. Finally we know who he is and found he is uncollectable so it would be fruitless to attempt to litigate against him. Note...he placed the same complaint twice. What is next???
