Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am a 70% disabled veteran. I bought the property I lived on for 5 years because it helped with my anxiety and depressive disorders. It helped with my PTSD.

Like anyone else, I fell on hard times and couldn't afford payments. I tried to negotiate a mortgage modification, but was repeatedly turned down. Their first offer was $3,000 per month. I didn't have that, so I had to continue fighting foreclosure. You'd think they had enough, what with the government money they recieved in bailouts in 2008.

I conceded to a short sale on my home. My real estate agent got an offer for $285,000 in no time at all. It was signed, agreed to, all contracts signed, negotiated, and fully complete. But Wells Fargo Mortgage had to do their own appraisal.

They appraised the property at $345,000. The home isn't in great condition. It needs to be repaired and cleaned up to get anywhere near that price. But Wells Fargo didn't even take the time to consider that.

Robin Barger, a Wells Fargo Liquidation Specialist, reported this news to my real estate agent. The buyers immediately cancelled the deal. The home will now go into foreclosure and Wells Fargo will steal another property from another Veteran.

I loved that property and, due to a rough divorce from Andrea Lynn Drake, now Andi Fox https://www.andifox.com/, she wouldn't allow me to further attempt to negotiate a modification. She went out of her way to lie about me, outright, in court, and was happy to let the bank take the home.

Well Fargo, as any larg bank, is a ripoff mortgage lender. Don't fall behind on your loan. They'll do whatever they can to get you into foreclosure. Even over-appraise your property to make sure no one will buy it. That's a ripoff and they should be ashamed of themselves. The only problem is, Wells Fargo clearly hasn't been ashamed of anything they've perpetrated for centuries.
